Stephanie is the Associate Choreographer and Global Dance Supervisor of Broadway's smash hit Hamilton. She witnessed, and was a part of, Hamilton going from a small idea to a record-breaking 16 TONY Award Nominations and 11 wins, including one for Best Choreography.
Stephanie and Choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler have worked together extensively over the last 15+ years, beginning as an Original Cast Member and Dance Captain for the Broadway & Off-Broadway productions of In The Heights, Lin Manuel's first Broadway hit. After performing in the show for over a year, she went on to set the first national tour as Associate Choreographer. Stephanie is a Carbonell Award Nominee for her work on In The Heights at Actor’s Playhouse in Miami and most recently Directed & Choreographed the production in a semi-staged concert format at the incomparable Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. as part of the Broadway Center Stage series in March 2018.

With Andy, Stephanie also associate choreographed TONY Award Best Musical & Best Choreography Nominee Bring It On, The Musical on Broadway. She helped to cast and set the first and second national tours of the show. More recently, Stephanie has been involved in Only Gold, a musical conceived, directed and choreographed by Andy with a score by pop star Kate Nash.

In the TV/Commercial world, Stephanie choreographed for Sesame Street, Amazon’s upcoming Series, “Hunters”starring Al Pacino and Executive Produced by Jordan Peele. In 2018, Stephanie was the choreographer behind the the viral sensation Super Bowl LLI Commercial for the NFL, “Dirty Dancing”, starring Eli Manning, Odell Beckham Jr. and the offensive linemen of the Giants.She has also conceived and choreographed commercials for Victoria's Secret and a reworking of George Michael’s “Freedom” just before his passing for Vogue working with legendary director Jeff Madoff, filmmaker Gordon Von Steiner, and supermodels Adrianna Lima, Candice Swanepool, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Ana Barros. She served as choreographer for the New Deco Orchestra, a New York based Musical Experience, and has choreographed for CBS’ “How I Met Your Mother, and Sesame Street. Stephanie has also danced in and set pieces for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Good Morning America, and American Dance Machine, at The Joyce in New York City. She has been commissioned to create pieces for the NBA's BROOKLYNETTES Dance Team.

Currently, Stephanie is casting and maintaining the multiple companies of Hamilton in the US and around the world. In addition to her work on Hamilton, Stephanie’s work is in demand directing and/or choreographing regional productions and new works. She hs recently begun work on an off-broadway production of Baker’s Wife. Before that, she developed, directed and choreographed a new piece based on the book This is Sadie for New York Children’s Theater that premiered at Theatre Row (March 2019). Additionally, Stephanie has choreographed the Drury Lane (2017) and Pittsburgh CLO (2019) production of Rock of Ages and created new pieces for world-renowned composer Frank Wildhorn’s Zelda, at Flatrock Playhouse which was originally titled Waiting for the Moon.
